11 things broke on my website. Here is exactly how I fixed each one.
A 32-page repair log for people who run their own WordPress site with no developer. Real cases from my own site, the steps I took, and a checklist you can run tonight.
From 1 Jan 2027 it’s RM27.

11 real cases
Every chapter is a problem that really happened on my site. Nothing made up.
The exact steps
What I checked first, what I tried, and the fix that worked, in plain numbered steps.
A checklist for your site
Every chapter ends with checks you can run on your own site in a few minutes.
The worst website problems are the quiet ones
Nothing crashes loudly. Your site just stops doing its job, and you’re the last to know. These all happened to me in 2026.
Buyers couldn’t pay by card
For weeks, one hidden setting hid the card option from every buyer. I blamed the payment company. It was my own rule.
Broken only for strangers
My phone menu looked fine to me. Visitors who weren’t logged in saw a mess. A speed setting caused it.
The whole site went down
One small plugin took every page offline, and I couldn’t even log in. Renaming one folder brought it back.
Read one chapter. Check one thing. Done.
Every chapter is short and has the same 3 parts.
The case
What broke, what it cost me, and what I wrongly blamed first.
The fix
The steps I really took, in order. No theory, no guessing.
Your checklist
3 to 4 checks to run on your own site, plus one lesson to remember.
The 11 cases
- 01Buyers couldn’t pay by card, and I didn’t know

Who wrote this
I’m Farhan. I have a full-time job, a wife on rotating shifts and two young daughters. I build my one-person business in about 90 minutes a night, after the kids are asleep.
I run my website myself, with no developer, and Claude to help me think. Every chapter in this book is a night I spent finding out why something broke. I wrote them down so you don’t have to lose those nights too.
More about me →Before you buy
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Most fixes are settings you change and checks you run. A few cases used a file manager or a small script. I explain what I did and why, so you know what to look for or what to ask for.
My site isn’t on WordPress. Is it still useful?
Partly. The cases come from a WordPress site, but the way I found each problem works on any site: test logged out, look for one shared cause, check what Google says, compare before you overwrite.
How do I get the ebook after paying?
You create an account at checkout. After payment you land on your account page, and the download button is on this page (log in first). You can download it again any time.
What happens when the launch price ends?
The price goes to RM27 from Fri 1 Jan 2027. If you buy now at RM7, you keep the book and every future update.
What is the members’ Q&A?
A private page where buyers ask questions about their own website and answer each other. I read every question and reply when I can. It’s free until 31 Dec 2026, and it’s optional. No card is needed to join, and nothing is charged automatically. If a paid option starts after that, I’ll email you at least 14 days before. You only pay if you choose to stay.
Can I get a refund?
This is a digital product, so all sales are final once your order is complete, as set out in our Return Policy. If your file won’t download, email [email protected] and I’ll fix it.
Fix it before your buyers find it.
RM7 until Thu 31 Dec, 11:59 PM. Then RM27.
